Terms of Service

The website presents Murillo Cortez’s work, accepts contact and briefs, offers individual proposals and, when enabled, conversation bookings. Provide accurate information and avoid unlawful content, unauthorized third-party data, passwords or unnecessary documents. Browsing does not automatically purchase a service or permit optional cookies.

Briefs and drafts are preparatory. Prices, deliverables, image usage, times and conditions are those in the individual proposal reviewed by Murillo. Do not assume services, equipment, quantities or deadlines that are not described. Observe the proposal validity date; expired conditions must be reconfirmed.

Approval records acceptance and requests a provisional reservation. The date is guaranteed only after Murillo confirms receipt of the agreed reservation payment. The website does not automatically verify banking transactions. Scope changes, cancellation, refunds and rescheduling are addressed according to the specific proposal or contract and applicable rights; these terms do not remove consumer rights.

Approval through the private link requires an express action. The system records names, timestamp, identifier and hash of the approved data. Handwritten names in the PDF represent this website’s electronic record, without gov.br certification or civil identity verification. Keep the PDF and protect the link: anyone holding it may access the proposal.

Owner preview is read-only and does not constitute customer acceptance. The signed version preserves the accepted terms; changes need a new version and review. Older approvals without the new signature record are not retroactively signed.

Booking a conversation does not purchase photography coverage, confirm payment or automatically reserve an event date. Availability follows calendar rules and Google synchronization when active. Timezones are shown in the interface. Private links provide the available changes before the conversation starts.

Calendar or email failures may leave operations pending. A processing notice is not a final appointment confirmation. Contact Murillo before assuming a reservation if uncertain. Work calendar details and other clients’ appointments are not published.

Portfolio photographs, text, brand and design may not be copied, resold or used commercially without permission. Client usage rights are those agreed in the proposal or contract. RAW files and unselected photographs are excluded from standard delivery unless expressly agreed. Contact Murillo regarding image rights, authorship or content removal.

We aim to keep the website available and records accurate, but hosting, Google, email and messaging services can experience interruptions. Automated information requires human review when affecting a booking or service agreement. External links also follow their providers’ policies. The Privacy Policy explains data use; optional choices are managed under the Cookie Policy.
