MC / GOIÁSHi, I’m Murillo.
My story with photography began around 2014, with curiosity about how a camera works. Through study, manual-mode experiments, miniatures and portraits of friends, I discovered a passion that grew with practice.
Today, I like to understand the person in front of the camera before taking a photograph. I research references, consider the light and what each image needs to communicate, from a professional portrait to the energy of a stage or the details of a dish.

01How do we get started?
Share the project type, city, date and intended use of the images. We can discuss any details that are still open.
02Do you work outside Goiânia?
Yes, in Goiás and other regions of Brazil. Travel and logistics are agreed in the proposal.
03When will I receive the photographs?
Delivery dates are agreed in the proposal. If you need images during the event for press or social media, include that in your brief.
04How can I use the images?
Tell us where the photographs will appear: social media, press, campaigns or internal communications. Usage terms are agreed when booking.
05Are the images edited?
Yes. Selected photographs receive colour, lighting and framing adjustments. Quantity, format and delivery are set in the proposal.
06Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Services can be contracted with fiscal documentation. Tell us your company’s requirements when you first get in touch.
07Who am I talking to?
I’m Murillo Cortez’s virtual assistant. I can explain the services and help organize the details of your project. Murillo reviews the quote and personally confirms the terms and availability.
08Who is Murillo Cortez?
Murillo Cortez is a photographer in Goiás, Brazil, who began photographing around 2014. Curiosity about the technical side of a camera led him to study and discover photography as a passion. His work includes portraits, brands, concerts, theatre, institutional events, celebrations and food, with preparation shaped by the people, context and intended use of the images.
09Does the assistant provide service prices?
The assistant collects your information and prepares a brief, without automatically calculating or quoting prices. Murillo reviews the project and sends a proposal with coverage, deliverables, terms and pricing.
10What payment methods are available?
Pix or credit card. The proposal may provide for full payment or a deposit with the balance due on the event day. Murillo sets the deposit for each proposal. Card installments, fees and total are shown before acceptance.
11Does accepting the proposal reserve my date?
Acceptance records your approval and may create a tentative calendar entry. The date is reserved only after Murillo confirms payment. Accepting a proposal or choosing a payment method does not prove payment has been received.
12Does the website calendar book photography for my event?
The calendar schedules a 30-minute conversation with Murillo via Google Meet. It does not display private commitments or guarantee availability to photograph your event. Murillo confirms that availability in the proposal.
13What information helps prepare my quote?
Share your name, a contact phone number, project type, date, city, venue, start time and desired duration. If possible, add the number of people, important moments, references and intended image use. Details can be marked as undecided.
14Can I give a family member’s phone number?
Yes. Tell us whose number it is and who will handle the conversation. For example, your spouse can be the contact. The name of the person requesting the quote should be confirmed separately.
15What is the story behind the Almir Sater photograph?
The Almir Sater photograph was taken in 2023 during the Vida Plena project at Sesc Caldas Novas. Murillo covered all three days of the annual gathering, which brings together more than 800 older adults from Goiás.
